Fixes #269, #270, #271, #272 and #273: small visual fixes from the October audit, each checked in the browser.

#269, read-receipt pill. The content column shrinks to the message's width, and the pill's margin-left: auto only reached where the text ended. The pill and delivery status now sit outside that column, in a full-width one; it grows in Compact, where the content is a flex-row child.

Modern and Compact: the pill is at the row's right edge, under the timestamp column, for short and long messages.
Bubble: unchanged; the pill stays at the bubble's edge and the bubble keeps its size.

#270, Room Insights. The top member's 100% bar took the whole row and clipped the count. The bar now sits in a flex: 1 track and its % is of that track. Every row shows its count (checked: 3 and 1).

#271. The Noise Suppression description is T200, like the rest.

#272, decoration preview. Your own avatar now sits inside the preview with the decoration overlaid, using the same 8 px inset as the timeline. With no decoration, the circle has a visible dashed outline around your avatar, next to "None".

#273, settings layout.

Phones: the Sync tile's "Push now" / "Clear synced copy" sit under its description, and the text is no longer squeezed.
Grouped tiles: a thin divider now separates tiles in the four groups the issue lists (calls, muted-talk/AFK, soundboard, translation). SettingTile roots carry data-setting-tile, and the divider goes only between tiles, so the soundboard volume slider stays attached to its title. It's done with globalStyle: vanilla-extract silently drops selectors that target children, which I hit first.

Lint and tsc are clean.
