1. Sync tile squeezed on phones
Settings → General → Sync → "Use This Device's Settings Everywhere" puts two buttons ("Push now", "Clear synced copy") in the tile's after slot. On a 390 px phone they squeeze the text into a three-line title and a seven-line description column (screenshot).

  • Fix: below the mobile breakpoint, put the buttons under the description.

2. Grouped tiles run together
Several Lotus tiles share one SequenceCard with no divider, so the second setting's title reads like part of the first one's description:

  • "Translate Messages Into" + "Auto-translate Incoming Messages"
  • "After a Restart" / "Haptic Feedback" / "Push to Talk" / "Push to Deafen"
  • "Warn me when I talk while muted" + "AFK Auto-Mute"
  • "Soundboard" + "Soundboard Volume" (the volume title sits right under the soundboard description)

Fix: a separator line between tiles in a group, or separate cards like the rest of Settings.

Who: phone users opening Settings; desktop users scanning grouped settings.

Acceptance criteria: at 390 px the Sync tile's buttons sit under the description; tiles within a group are visually separated (a divider or separate cards).

Found in the October 2026 client audit (Playwright against a local Synapse + LiveKit stack, plus code reading). Code refs are at cinny 30e2dbcd, cinny-desktop 8f67ec7, element-call 3b0050e8.
