Fixes #289.

A Home sidebar filter that matched nothing left the Favorites / Projects / Rooms / Low Priority headers on screen with nothing under them.

Change

While filtering, every section with no match is hidden. That covers the built-in sections and the custom u.* sections.
With no match at all, the list shows No rooms match “…” with a Clear filter button.
Without a filter, nothing changes.

Verified (Chromium, Home):

zzqqxx-nothing: no headers, plus the message (screenshot attached).
nav-bravo: only the sections containing a match (Projects, Low Priority).
Clear filter: all four sections are back.

tsc clean · ESLint clean.
