Typing a filter that matches nothing leaves the Favorites / Projects / Rooms / Low Priority headers on screen with nothing under them (screenshot). The user can't tell whether the filter is still working or the list failed.

Fix: hide empty sections while filtering, and show "No rooms match """ with a Clear button.
