docs: document the 55 features missing from LOTUS_FEATURES.md; refresh the Synapse re-check (#294)

LOTUS_FEATURES.md had not been updated since September and was missing
55 shipped features. Add a "June–October 2026 Additions" section,
grouped by area, one line per feature with its commit and issue.
LOTUS_REFERENCE.md's blocked-features note is re-checked against
production Synapse 1.162.0.
