Lotus CIandClaude Opus 5.5 449d0c740e feat(settings): split General into pages; collapse the big pickers (#459, #460) 
#459 General held 76 of ~110 settings (11 screens). Its sections now live
on pages named for what people come to do:
  Account, Appearance, Messages (incl. editor, date and time),
  Notifications, Calls & audio, Privacy & security (privacy options +
  the former Devices page), Data & storage (storage, sync, your data),
  Desktop (desktop app only), Emojis & stickers, Advanced (the former
  Developer Tools + "show hidden events" / "legacy username colour"),
  About.
The longest page is now ~3 screens (Appearance). Settings opens on
Account. Deep links keep working: "devices" lands on Privacy & security,
the old "general" on Appearance, the update notice on Desktop. Text that
pointed at the old page names is updated. The push-rule editor gets one
line explaining the Matrix terms. Remaining Title Case labels on Account
and Devices are sentence case.

#460 Chat background, seasonal theme and avatar decoration grids sit
behind one row: the current choice and a Change button (the first two
close after a choice; decorations keep their Save step).

Lotus CIandClaude Opus 5.5 3e69c715e9 test(e2e): thread-panel aria snapshot includes "started by …" (#165) 
The thread header subtitle now says who started the thread and when
(64af736c); the snapshot's room-name line is a pattern for that.
CI run 2104's Playwright job failed on this; the chromium suite passes
locally (19 passed, 3 skipped).

e2e/a11y.spec.ts runs @axe-core/playwright (WCAG 2.x A/AA) over the login
page, room timeline + composer, message options menu, thread panel, user
settings and room settings, failing on critical/serious findings other
than colour contrast (reported, not gated: generated avatar colours and
portal false positives). Aria snapshots of the composer, message menu,
thread panel and settings nav catch lost names/roles/live regions.

Burned down what the first run found:
- NavItem: callers' aria-selected is not valid on a div (axe critical);
  it now drives data-selected for styling and aria-current="page".
- Composer placeholder at 0.5 opacity was ~2.3:1; now P300.
- Voice-limit and explore custom-limit number inputs had no label.
- Thread panel is an <aside aria-label="Thread">; the settings modal is a
  role=dialog; the settings sections are a <nav>; the message action
  menu carries data-message-menu + a label.

Also allows WebKit's CI wording for the well-known probe ("Could not
connect … Connection refused") that failed run #2003.
