This updates the README after rotating the webhooks for Grafana, Proxmox, Uptime Kuma and Ci-Alert. Their old IDs had been public in this repo and now return 404.

  • The table now shows the new 8-character prefixes (full IDs stay out of the repo).
  • A note records which webhooks were rotated and when.
