With the upstream defaults (12 s leave grace plus a 90 s anchor linger), the Discord bot stayed in the channel for about a minute after the Matrix side left. This sets leave_grace_ms = 8000, which still covers Element Call's 2–3 s membership flaps, and anchor_idle_grace_ms = 10000. It's already live in /etc/lotus-voice/config.toml; this keeps the template in sync.
