Upgrade notes checked: the new start-up check for limit_profile_requests_to_users_who_share_rooms does not apply (unset). Verified: /versions and federation version report 1.163.2, federation tester OK, no errors since restart, Synapse thumbnailer works with Pillow 13. Rollback package kept in /var/cache/apt/archives (1.162.0+trixie1).
