Draupnir is down. After #26 was deployed, Draupnir 2.9.0 exits on startup:

Draupnir failed to start: Error: Encryption not possible: server not revealing device ID
    at CryptoClient.prepare (matrix-bot-sdk/lib/e2ee/CryptoClient.js:64)

Its access token isn't bound to a device, and matrix-bot-sdk's crypto requires one.

This reverts #26 (experimentalRustCrypto: false). The deploy hook copies the config and restarts Draupnir, which brings it back.

To enable encryption later: first give Draupnir a device-bound access token from a normal password login, and put it in the live config. Then flip the flag again.

With experimentalRustCrypto: true, Draupnir 2.9.0 exits on startup with
"Encryption not possible: server not revealing device ID": its access
token is not bound to a device, which matrix-bot-sdk crypto requires.
Restores experimentalRustCrypto: false so the deploy hook brings it back.

To enable encryption later, give Draupnir a device-bound access token
(a normal password login) first.
