docs: remove upstream Cinny features from README (stickers, pins, who-reacted)

Browse Source 
README.md only tracks Lotus Chat custom additions. Emoji/sticker picker,
pinned messages, and who-reacted viewer all ship with upstream Cinny main
and should not appear here. Custom status message (not in upstream) stays.

**Who reacted**: Hovering any reaction chip shows a `TooltipProvider` tooltip listing the display names of everyone who reacted with that emoji (up to ~3 names, then "and N others"). Right-clicking opens a full `ReactionViewer` modal — a two-panel view with all reaction keys on the left and avatars/names of reactors on the right, keyboard-navigable (↑↓ arrows).
