Adds a check for the tray, badge, taskbar, thumbbar and media-control commands. It calls each one with what cinny sends: badge count, tray unread, tray call state, thumbbar (muted and deafened), SMTC, taskbar progress, jump list, update-ready, flash, and set_call_active. Then it resets everything. Every call must succeed, and the app must still respond.
On the current windows runner (run 2816: 12 passed, 0 failed), 13 of 23 calls succeed. The other 10 need the Explorer shell (tray icon, taskbar overlay badge, thumbnail toolbar), which doesn't exist without an interactive desktop; Windows answers E_FAIL / E_NOTIMPL. On such a runner those are n/a, and the app still has to survive them, which it does.
On a runner with a desktop, every call is required to succeed.

Without Explorer the tray icon, taskbar overlay badge and thumbnail toolbar
can't exist (E_FAIL / E_NOTIMPL). On a runner without an interactive
desktop only those calls may fail, and the app must still respond.
