When selecting the bars in the charts on the dashboard it should filter the page to that statistic

When changing the status of a ticket from the bulk edit dashboard it doesn't take the workflow designer into account such as requiring a comment etc..

when closing a ticket and it asks for a comment, if you just close the modal then it still closes the ticket without a comment.
