This updates the README after rotating the remaining 9 Hookshot webhooks: Sonarr, Radarr, Readarr, Lidarr, Bazarr, Seerr, Owncast, Tinker-Tickets and Devdesk. All 13 are now rotated, so every ID in this repo's history returns 404.

The table shows the new 8-character prefixes.

How each sender was updated and tested:

Senders Updated via Tested by
Sonarr, Radarr, Readarr the app's own API built-in test: 200
Seerr its API built-in test: 204
Bazarr, Owncast database (backed up first) direct post: 202
Lidarr database, with its container stopped and its disk mounted direct post: 202
Tinker-Tickets, Devdesk .env / file direct post: 202
