This records that the call-stack upgrade was applied on LXC 151 on 2026-11-03 and lists the rollback files.

Changes applied:

lk-jwt-service 0.4.1 → 0.9.0 and LiveKit 1.9.11 → 1.13.11, using release binaries checked against their sha256 sums;
a LiveKit webhook to lk-jwt's /sfu_webhook;
prometheus.port replacing prometheus_port;
LIVEKIT_SANITY_CHECK_INTERVAL_SECONDS=30 for lk-jwt.
