The voice bridge is installed and running. This updates the README:

  • Build: 12 patches to send upstream, plus 1 Lotus-only patch (Discord's default avatar for users without one).
  • Bot: shown as "Discord Voice Bridge" with the Discord logo, with no special room power.
  • Room: has the Discord logo, a topic, and an m.bridge record, so Lotus shows the Discord chip.
  • Upgrades: swap the binary and restart the bridge; Synapse isn't touched.
