Decision (Jared, 2026-10-04): web users should see the featured communities, as the desktop app does.

cinny/config.json in this repo (what chat.lotusguild.org serves) has empty featuredCommunities; it has never had them. The intended set was added to cinny's own config in cinny b1ecb0c4 / fd93339a and to the desktop bundle in cinny-desktop e132719 / d819972:

Deploy to LXC 106 like the other config changes (#17).

Note: Explore makes room-summary requests for these from the browser. connect-src already allows matrix.org; codestorm.net and matrixrooms.info are fetched through the homeserver, so no CSP change is expected. Check the browser console on the Explore page after deploying.
