Not a security release. No schema bump, background updates drained,
homeserver.yaml preserved via --force-confold, experimental_features
untouched. MSC4140 delayed events verified still working.

Note the prerequisite: 1.159.0 ships a new expiry on the packages.matrix.org
GPG key, so matrix-org-archive-keyring must be upgraded first or apt fails
with EXPKEYSIG.
