The bottom row used about 10–11px text (meters 0.66rem, hints 0.7rem) and a 4px bar, which is hard to read at a glance.

Fix: the footer is 40px tall. Hints are 0.9rem. The usage meters are 1rem, monospace and semibold, with an 80×8px bar. Below 1400px and 1150px wide, the least-used hints are hidden, so the meters never get clipped ("all keys" still lists everything).
