Auto-reconnect (main.jsscheduleReconnect) calls attach NAME, which runs new-session -A. If the session was ended or renamed meanwhile, a laptop waking up quietly starts a fresh Claude under the old name.
Fix: reconnects use attach --existing NAME, which fails unless tmux or the registry knows the name. The UI then shows "session ended / renamed" with a picker.
