Migrated from Tinker ticket 556522048 (DevDesk is tracked in Gitea from now on).

Add 10.10.10.27 dev.lotusguild.org to dns.hosts in pve-infra/containers/163-pihole/etc/pihole/pihole.toml so LAN clients reach NPM directly instead of hairpinning through the UDM. Deferred by Jared on 2026-10-06; the change lives in pve-infra.
