Claude Code mutes phone pushes while the CLAUDE_CLIENT_PRESENCE_FILE marker exists. DevDesk could create it while a tab is visible and remove it otherwise (e.g., via a heartbeat command over the channel, removed when the heartbeat goes stale). Verify the variable against current docs.
