SSO chip: remove. It's green nearly always, can be stale (the keep-alive stops after 10 min idle), and adds nothing. Show a red "Sign in again" button only when expiry is detected, and route panel AuthExpiredErrors to it (today they become a tiny "list unavailable").
State chip: merge into the session chip as a coloured dot or border.
Session names: stop uppercasing them (.lt-chip sets text-transform: uppercase; names are case-sensitive).
Pane title: hide it when it equals the session name.
LIVE: shrink to a dot; show text only when not connected.
⋯ menu: move A−/A+, notifications (rename from "Alerts on/off", which clashes with Ops Alerts; make it a bell toggle plus an app-level mute) and Full into it.
Panels button: add a badge for alerts or "needs you" while the sidebar is closed.
Wrapping: "needs you" chip gets nowrap plus ellipsis; it wraps at 1280px today.
