Changes (LunarNewYear.tsx, LunarNewYear.css.ts only)

  • Lantern garland: small lanterns (gold caps, ribs, tassels) on a scalloped gold cord, all within the top ~20 px.
    • They replace the large opaque lanterns that hung over Create Room, the members search box and messages.
    • One repeating SVG tile; two sets sway and glow alternately.
  • Tint: the pink wash is about halved and the dark bottom rim removed, so secondary text keeps its contrast on light themes.
  • Dragon: the screen-blended silhouette is removed, since it couldn't be seen on light. Its future is an open question on the issue.
  • Cleanup: the unused lantern, tassel and dragon keyframes are gone.

  • tsc and eslint are clean.
  • Renders at 1440×900 and Pixel 7, light and dark, reduced motion, and five frames.
  • Only transform and opacity are animated.

- The paper lanterns become a garland of small lanterns (gold caps, ribs and
  tassels) on a scalloped gold cord, all within the top ~20px. The old
  lanterns hung 7-20% down, opaque, over Create Room, the members search box
  and messages. One repeating SVG tile; two sets sway and glow alternately.
- The pink lacquer wash is about halved and the dark bottom rim is gone, so
  grey secondary text keeps its contrast on light themes.
- The dragon silhouette is removed: screen-blended and blurred, it was not
  visible on light and barely on dark (open question on the issue).
- Reduced motion: the garland is static; the settled blossoms are unchanged.
