From the settings audit #453 (report: https://claude.ai/artifact/L34kAp1L7jdvomjHHbeuzZ). Phase 1, quick win.

Now

  • Notifications ends with a "Block Messages" box that only says the option moved to Account → Blocked users.
  • "GIF Picker" shows as a disabled switch, with a paragraph saying GIFs aren't set up in this build (no Giphy key).

Change

  • Remove the stub.
  • Hide options that can't work in this build instead of showing them disabled. The GIF picker row appears only when a GIF key is configured.

Done when: neither appears, and the GIF row returns automatically when the build has a key.
