From the settings audit #453 (report: https://claude.ai/artifact/L34kAp1L7jdvomjHHbeuzZ). Phase 1, quick win.

Setting titles mix Title Case and sentence case, a few descriptions have grammar slips, and some use internal names. Change them to sentence case throughout, and fix the following:

Now Becomes
"Show desktop notifications when message arrive." "…when messages arrive."
"Play sound when new message arrive." "Play a sound when a new message arrives."
Blocked users: "…by adding their userId" "…by entering their Matrix ID"
"Twitter Emoji" "Emoji style: Twemoji" (same setting)
"After a Restart" "Rejoin calls after a restart"
Lotus Terminal Mode description (palette names) "A retro terminal look with a boot animation (press Esc to skip)."
"Series Suppression" "Also use the browser's noise suppression"

The push-rule names (Override / Underride) keep their Matrix terms, behind a one-line explanation (see the layout issue).

Done when: every settings page uses sentence case, the grammar slips are gone, and no setting is renamed in storage (labels only).
