[settings] One theme control instead of System Theme + a greyed-out Theme dropdown #455

From the settings audit #453 (report: https://claude.ai/artifact/L34kAp1L7jdvomjHHbeuzZ). Phase 1, quick win.

Now: Appearance has a "System Theme" switch, with Light/Dark pickers under it, above a separate "Theme" dropdown. That dropdown is disabled whenever System Theme is on, so it reads as broken, and one choice takes two controls.

Change: a single row, Theme: System · Light · Dark.

  • The light and dark variant pickers show under it only when they apply: both for System, one for Light or Dark.
  • It maps onto the existing useSystemTheme / themeId / lightThemeId / darkThemeId settings, so there's no data migration.

Done when: no disabled theme control remains, every current combination is still reachable, and settings sync is unaffected.
