"The call failed to load… try again" screen has no Try again button #301

When the Element Call frame doesn't load within 25 s (the load watchdog from 0394fce9), the call view shows:

ⓘ The call failed to load. Check your connection and try again.
[Back]

It offers only Back. The user has to back out and press Join again, though the copy says "try again".

Verified by making the call page hang (Playwright route on /public/element-call/index.html): the error appears after about 25 s with only the Back button.

Fix: add a primary Try again that disposes of the embed and calls startCall with the same room and preferences. Keep Back as secondary.

Found in the October 2026 client audit (Playwright against a local Synapse + LiveKit stack, plus code reading). Code refs are at cinny 30e2dbcd, cinny-desktop 8f67ec7, element-call 3b0050e8.
