Migrated from LOTUS_TODO.md on 2026-09-17 (the file is now reference-only).

N107 — Web Push is non-functional: src/sw.ts has no push handler. Needs a push listener + Matrix push-gateway integration. The one substantive remaining feature (session/crypto groundwork it waited on has landed).

Also unlocks the remaining half of quick-reply-from-notification (below). Infra side: a push gateway (e.g. Sygnal) on LXC 151 and the pusher registration in the client.
