Migrated from LOTUS_TODO.md on 2026-09-17 (the file is now reference-only).

Runtime mobile QA — none of the above is validated on an actual phone (static analysis only). Needs device/devtools walk-through per LOTUS_TESTING §E.

Work the mobile items in the [QA] §E issue and the mobile-audit deferred items on an actual device (Android Chrome + iOS Safari).
