Verify first how the upload card behaves today (components/upload-card, UploadBoard, RoomInput paste path): when an image is pasted, where does focus go, is the caption field visible without an extra click, and does Enter send the upload + caption together?

If focus stays in the composer with an empty caption card: proposal is to auto-focus the new card's caption input when the paste/drop added exactly one image and the composer was empty; Enter sends; Escape returns to the composer. No change for multi-file drops.

Verified first (headless): after pasting an image the focus stayed in the composer and the caption field needed a click; Enter in the composer did send upload + caption together, Enter in the caption did nothing.

Done in 0c45bde8: exactly one image pasted/dropped into an empty composer → its card's caption input takes focus; Enter there sends the board (plus any composer text); Escape puts focus back in the composer. Two-or-more files, or a non-empty composer: unchanged (focus stays put).

Headless: paste one PNG → activeElement is the caption input → type "here is the bug" → Enter → the m.image event has body: "here is the bug", filename: image.png; Escape returns to the editor; a two-image paste leaves focus in the editor.
