Flood-filled the dove to protect it, removed the checkerboard, and restored the dove — the lotus line-art + white dove now sit on a real alpha-transparent background. Details

The committed file had the transparency 'checkerboard' baked in as opaque
gray/white pixels (it was fully opaque), so it would have produced icons with a
