Add a pure `getMemberName(room, userId): string` helper in utils/room.ts (= getMemberDisplayName ?? getMxIdLocalPart ?? userId) and replace the inline `getMemberDisplayName(room, id) ?? getMxIdLocalPart(id) ?? id` fallback across the codebase.
